The Panama City Terminal regular dispatch hours are form 7:00 a.m. until midnight, Monday through Friday and from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on weekends.   A dispatcher is on call twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.  The repair facility is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  The terminal also houses a limited tank wash facility.
